Planning ahead for 2006

Dear Noble,
As you are aware, 2006 is a big year for our Shrine. Al Malaikah's Past Potentate Nick Thomas, will be installed
as Imperial Potentate in ceremonies at the Imperial Shrine in Tampa, Florida.
Al Malaikah is making plans for that great event. In making those plans we need to think about transportation and
housing for those Nobles who wish to attend. We will endeavor to make up a package, so most Nobles and their Ladies
will be able to travel with us to Tampa.
Before making those plans we need to know if YOU would like to attend. We are asking now that you tell us if you
have an interest in going to Tampa. This way we can choose the right hotel and block out the correct number of
rooms. We will also be able to negotiate the transportation costs.
With this up front planning, we will be able to secure the best deal possible for the Nobles and Ladies of Al Malaikah
Shrine.
Take a moment and respond to this letter. It means a great deal to the planners and it could make a big difference
to you and your brother nobles. It means we will not be stuck getting leftovers at first rate prices.
Your Temple is putting away money NOW to help defray some of the costs. We need to plan NOW and lock in the best
deal possible.
